The Butchers own and operate the Hickory House Restaurant at the Jackson's Mill Road intersection of Route 19 in Jane Lew. They recently opened a brand new facility named "Hickory House Event Center" where Alden K. Butcher conducts his auctions. It is a perfect set up for auction sales. It has a spacious well lite gallery with plenty of storage and parking. It is handicap accessible and has a beautiful atmosphere. We serve good "home cooked" food! "I am a graduate of the World Wide College of Auctioneering in Mason City, Iowa. I have experience in estate, farm, antique, livestock, auto and charity auctions.
